Jerry F. Holditch, SVP Geology
Prior to Laredo, Mr. Holditch was VP, Exploration for Michael Petroleum and a developmental geologist for TransTexas Gas Corporation and its predecessors. He was deeply involved in drilling projects in the Lobo Trend in South Texas and earlier worked for Gulf Oil Corporation as a Gulf Coast geologist. Mr. Holditch earned a BS degree from Texas A&M University.
Howard Selzer, SVP, CFO
Jeff Shyer, VP Operations
Mr. Shyer is a 25-year veteran of the oil and gas industry, with 16 years at Transocean subsidiaries, Applied Drilling Technology, Inc. (ADTI) and Challenger Minerals, Inc. He served as Managing Director, Vice President – International, General Manager – UK division, Operations Manager and Senior Evaluation Engineer. He began his career at Rowan Petroleum as a drilling engineer, working both onshore and offshore. Mr. Shyer has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from LSU and a BA in Business Management from Louisiana Tech University.
Scott G. Stevenson, VP Engineering
Ken Cravens, VP Land
Mr. Cravens brings more than 30 years of industry experience to Laredo. He was Land Manager-South Texas for Rosetta Resources and worked for Calpine after its purchase of Michael Petroleum. Mr. Cravens has a BBA from Texas State University, is member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and also the Houston Association of Professional Landmen. He is a Certified Professional Landman.
Joan W. Dunlap, VP Strategy & Investor Relations
Ms. Dunlap co-founded Petrohawk Energy Corporation, a public company that was sold to BHP Billiton in 2011. Prior to that she worked in investment banking with J.P.Morgan Chase and as a financial analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank. Ms. Dunlap has a BA in Economics from Tulane University, an MBA from Rice University, and completed a post-graduate program in Energy at Harvard Business School.
