Douglas Kaiser

Production Manager

Douglas Kaiser, Production Manager of Laredo Energy, is responsible for all of the company’s completion activities, which include expediting production, equipment and facilities needs. He also shares sales and marketing responsibilities.

Before joining Laredo, Mr. Kaiser worked in the same capacity for Michael Petroleum Corporation. Prior to that he served as District Engineer for the Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corporation, was Senior Petroleum Engineer and also Senior Production Engineer Specialist at Santos USA Corporation and at Tenneco Oil Company.

Kaiser received a Bachelor of Science degree at A&M University where he studied Petroleum Engineering. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and of the American Petroleum Institute. He is also active in the Charles Rohan Scholarship in Petroleum Engineering, a scholarship endowment through the Texas A&M Foundation.

Mr. Kaiser is a hunter, fisherman and motorcycle enthusiast; he and his wife Marcia have a son and daughter, Jeffrey and Jennifer, and a granddaughter, Victory.
