Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager

Debbie Janish is executive assistant to Laredo Energy CEO Glenn D. Hart and has been with him in a similar capacity since 1999, when he was CEO of Michael Petroleum.

As executive assistant and office manager for Laredo, she maintains the "nerve center" of the company’s management operations. She is also responsible for accounting, supplies and equipment at company headquarters, though much of her time is directly related to scheduling for Mr. Hart.

Prior to her tenure with Michael Petroleum, Ms. Janish was employed by Sanchez-O’Brien Oil and Gas for 20 years, working her way up from Engineering Tech to become executive assistant to Mr. O’Brien.

She and her husband, Tom, have two sons, Bobby and Paul; she enjoys dancing, fitness, and cooking.
