ROBERT L. ZORICH

Robert L. Zorich is a co-founder and managing director of EnCap Investments LLC. Prior to the formation of EnCap, he served as the senior vice president in charge of the Houston office of Trust Company of the West, a large, privately held pension fund manager. Zorich was also a co-founder of MAZE Exploration, Inc., serving as its co-chief executive officer, and a vice president and division manager of the Energy Department of the Republic Bank Dallas.

Zorich received a BA in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master's degree (with distinction) in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona.

Professional memberships include the Independent Petroleum Association of America, Houston Producers' Forum and Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association. Zorich currently serves on the board of directors of Enerplus Resources Fund and several portfolio companies.
